What are Duniya Greetings candles made of?
The candles are made with soy wax and fragrance oils. Soy wax is derived from the vegetable of soybeans. Duniya Greetings sources our soy wax from a local company in California. The fragrance oils used in the candles are made by a team of chemists based in Michigan to create the beautiful scents. Our candles are hand made at the home of our Duniya Greetings founder.
What are Duniya Greetings room sprays made of?
Our room sprays are made with two ingredients - fragrance oils and carrier base oil. The ingredients are Prop 65 compliant and made clean without any toxins or mutagens. Our room sprays provide maximum aromatic potency and minimizes leftover oil residue on surfaces.
What are Duniya Greetings perfumes and colognes made of?
Duniya Greetings perfumes and colognes are hand made using formula and chemistry to create the beautiful scents. We use environmentally friendly products to create the perfumes and colognes. We use organic sugar cane alcohol sourced from sugar cane farms in Brazil.
Where do you source your fabric?
Duniya Greetings source our fabric from local immigrants and women in California who have connections to purchasing textiles from their homeland. Furthermore, we also ethically source our fabric from weavers in Guatemala and Jordan. Our bags are handmade at home from our founder.
How did Duniya Greetings come to fruition?
Duniya Greetings started in 2023 with the idea of creating products to cater to immigrants and refugees. The initial product was candles with nine scents to show appreciation of cultures, countries and the world. Duniya Greetings then expanded to other products. What is the return and refund policy?
If the item you purchased is damaged, you may return the product with a similar product of same or greater price value. If your product is damaged, please email us at duniyagreetings@gmail.com with a photo of the product and the date of purchase. You must email within 7 days of the date of purchase or delivery to receive a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Refunds cover the cost of items returned and do not include shipping fees. We will provide instructions of your return or exchange via email.
Exchange
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange of a product of the same value and type. If a product you ordered is damaged and/or defective, you may be able to exchange the product or return the product to receive a refund.
Return Process
Returns will only be made if a product that you ordered was damaged and/or defective. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return an item, please email customer service at duniyagreetings@gmail.com so that you can receive instructions on how to return the product(s).
Refunds, packages or product issues must be requested within 7 business days of the package delivery. If you're experiencing an issue with any product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, so we can determine how to best resolve the problem.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Returns and exchanges will be assessed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How does Duniya Greeting invest in communities to make a positive impact?
Duniya Greetings works with nonprofits, schools, faith-based organizations and communities to support their fundraising events. We provide candles to our partners to help them raise money for their causes. More information about our fundraising opportunities can be found here.
Duniya Greetings also works with schools and organizations to educate and train individuals on entrepreneurship. We work with historically marginalized, underrepresented and low-income communities to create opportunities for them to thrive and create job opportunities.
